After thirty-three years' experience in the domestic field, eleven
of those as a houseman/butler and the remainder running a domestic
agency, I have run across almost any household management dilemma
conceivable. Just when I think I've heard it all and seen it all,
the phone rings and the door opens and we thrive on the new challenge.
We have had a very high success rate with placement--from streamlining
the running of a small, single-family home for a blind woman to
staffing a 35,000 sq. ft. home in Palm Beach where, a dozen years
later, more than half the staff is still in their employ.
So that we can develop recommendations for your consideration, we suggest an initial on-site visit to help assess your style of living, the demands of the caretaking of the property itself, the current people you may have in place, and your goals in regard to your lifestyle and surroundings.
We can do any or all of the following:
- manage the property on a consulting basis for as little or as much as time as you need,
- offer you an excellent property manager candidate for you to employ on a full- or a part-time basis,
- assist you with writing for your home a mechanical/maintenance manual, a daily operations manual, an employee manual, an in-home communications log, and
- assist in special projects large and small.
