Very formal mature couple is looking for a capable Chef, who can work 3-4 afternoons/evenings, shopping, serving cocktails and hor-d'oeuvres, setting the table, serving them a beautiful meal, and cleaning the kitchen and leaving by 9pm.

We are currently looking for a Chef for some "foodies" in Miami, with certain dietary needs for the principals and their teenager. This is a full time position, from Tuesday-Saturday, generally, depending on their travel arrangements, and the last Chef arrived at the home after shopping at 11am and was able to leave between 8 and 9 pm. The menu is pretty structured, and if one has the ability to make Chicken 47 different styles, they will probably be "in". This is a no nonsense employer, and is firm but fair and just looking for a hard working person with the ability to create menus, provision and prepare all meals for the principal, family members and occasional friends. They are looking for someone exceptionally clean and organized, and health conscious with all meals. Meals are generally served family style for two to three people, but must also be able to set the table and serve when it is just the family. There are four additional staff members that might need a nice mid day meal or dinner, depending on their schedule. Generally they eat something very similar to the principle. Must have in-home Chef experience, and some longevity with them....

Mature couple looking for a live-in or out, full time Housekeeper/cook for their Palm Beach home. This is a formal home and they require someone who can work five- nine hour days, maybe Noon to nine pm, Monday- Friday, help the other housekeeper, do the shopping and prepare one lovely meal, dinner, with a proper table setting and service. There could be some summer travel, if or when they might do that, but for the moment, they are staying home and would love to come home to a glass of wine, and dinner at 7pm. This active husband and wife is currently looking for a Live-in Houseman/Cook to assist their full time housekeeper with household duties, meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking healthy meals for them. This is a six day a week position, which includes taking care of the two dogs. Chauffeuring, personal shopping and errands required occasionally. The family spends winters here in Palm Beach, but their home is New York and they spend summers in the Hamptons with their family. Salary based on experience.

A mature couple is looking for a live-in or live-out housekeeper/cook. Each year, this couple arrives in Palm Beach in November and stays through May. The apartment is large and perfectly appointed. Knowledge of proper care of antiques, crystal chandeliers, and fine linen is essential. Meals are not gourmet, but healthy family style cooking with the ability to follow a recipe, set the table, arrange flowers, and serve is expected. This could be a seasonal position, but the ideal candidate would travel to the family’s large country home in Connecticut and work for them forever. This mature couple is looking for a live-in housekeeper/cook to work Monday through Saturday morning November through May in Palm Beach, and the summer season in their home outside of Greenwich Connecticut. Marketing, errands, and generally breakfast at 8:30 a.m. with the occasional lunch would be a typical day in the life. Preparing dinner two to three nights a week to be served at 7 p.m.; simple healthy clean cuisine. There is additional housekeeping staff in each home, taking care of the upstairs and laundry. This person would be responsible for the living room, dining area, kitchen, pantry, and outside logia, Walking, feeding, and sharing dog sitting responsibilities with the other staff is necessary. This very active retired couple is seeking a housekeeper five days per week, from noon until 7:30 p.m. from November to May; May through October this same individual would work ten hours a week maintaining and checking on the Estate. During the Season, ideally, we would like this individual to have Wednesdays and Sundays off. Our previous housekeeper of twelve years is retiring, and there is flexibility within the schedule. Regular routine for housekeeping, laundry and ironing, including deep clean projects to maintain the care of fine finishes and furnishings. Previous experience working in a semi-formal style Estate required.

My elderly, very active clients of many years are retiring their Housekeeper of 12 years, and so they are looking to replace her. The schedule is generally Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm, with excellent housekeeping experience, excellent laundry and ironing skills, and a good family style cook. This is a full time, year round position. They are snow birds, arriving early November and stay through May. This 8000 sq ft home is large, but they only basically use the main floor, but there are visits from the children and grandchildren when there may be the occasional weekend or additional hours. Someone who is very organized with attention to detail would be successful in this position. They require a minimum of 7 years of Estate Housekeeping references, and they do enjoy simple flavorful food, prepared nicely and served early in the evening when they are home. They eat out frequently. Salary is based on salary history, and they do have full medical benefits for the successful candidate.

We are looking for a highly skilled housekeeper, Monday-Friday, 9:30-4:30, with some occasional additional hours, from the end of October thru mid May for our new, formal home in Palm Beach. You may either travel with this mature couple to California for the summer months and work full time there, or be willing to check on the house a couple times a week in the summer if you stay in Florida. Cleaning and maintaining all chores that a two story household requires; laundry, ironing, packing and eventually preparing 2-3 well executed simple meals or meal preparation. Must be physically able to climb a ladder to reach out of the way areas and some French doors. Must have 10 years experience with impeccable references.

This mature couple, who reside in Florida for 6 months, is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper/Cook, who would be available for them each year, from November to June. This large home does have additional staff that comes in to assist, but the primary duties include shopping for and preparing breakfast, some lunches, and dinners, five days per week, as well as Daily Household cleaning duties, the master bedroom, bathrooms, and detailed cleaning and organization in all areas of the house.
