A busy couple making their full-time home in Palm Beach is looking for a very experienced Nanny to help with their two-year-old and the new baby arriving at the beginning of the year. They are ready to start interviewing and eager to employ someone who can do some bonding with the toddler and get to know them before the arrival of the new baby. They are thinking this could be a Monday-Friday position, and some Saturdays would be helpful. They are also looking for someone who can travel with them to their other homes, here in the States and Europe for 10 days at a time. The pay rate then would be different as well as the schedule, so the name of the game is committed, flexible, and patient. Planning and involving the child in activities that promotes their emotional, social, and intellectual development is important to them. They are looking for someone who can make an approximate commitment of at least two years with them, and who knows what the future brings. Must be CPR certified, able to swim, comply with their child-rearing and discipline philosophy, and communicate with them daily on any issues related to this. Must have 5 years of nanny experience, with verifiable references, a current passport, and a desire to make a difference as a good role model.
