So that we can develop recommendations for your consideration, we suggest an initial on-site visit to help assess your style of living, the demands of the care taking of the property itself, the current people you may have in place, and your goals in regard to your lifestyle and surroundings.

We can do any or all of the following:

• manage the property on a consulting basis for as little or as much as time as you need
• put forward an excellent property manager candidate for you to employ on a full or a part-time basis
• assist you with creating for your home a mechanical/maintenance manual, a daily operations manual, an employee manual, or an in-home communications log
• assist in special projects large and small
