This very active family is looking for a property manager/handyman who will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all areas and grounds of their very large oceanfront estate. The home is highly technical in nature and runs like a five star hotel. The ideal candidate may have a construction background, but not necessary. Experience with state of the art technology and equipment essential. This is a hands on position, whereas the candidate will perform day to day duties to ensure all equipment is in working order and maintain the property’s cleanliness in every aspect of its mechanical spaces and exterior. Physically manage weekly window washing for lower level, pool, beach cabana, landscape and exterior lighting. Pressure cleaning, monitor mechanical control room, water feature pumps, pools and jacuzzis are a few examples. Maintain maintenance schedule with vendors and site visits and log each visit. Full time, 5 days per week, generally M-F, but flexible to work evenings, events, holidays and weekends during the season when the principles are in residence.Competitive salary and health insurance based on experience.
