This young, organized family of 4 is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to help run their home and manage the other Housekeepers and their schedules while performing detailed, deep-cleaning housekeeping duties herself. Must be familiar with the care of fine furnishings and finishes, and use of the correct products and methods. We need a self-starter with a focused work ethic, capable of directing others with kindness, and working independently while understanding that this is a team effort and ensuring everyone succeeds. Order and maintain household supplies. Looking for someone with a positive, upbeat attitude, with a minimum of 5 consecutive years in an Estate home. This 20,000. sq. ft. home is modern and immaculate and relatively easy to keep that way. This is a year-round position in Palm Beach, with no travel to another home, so there would be ample time for special projects during the family vacations. The position is generally Monday-Friday, 9-5, but with the flexibility when there are the occasional guests or things are running a bit behind schedule.
