Live-in Housekeeper, Palm Beach & the Hamptons (filled)

This mature couple is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper to work full time here in Florida in their 5 bedroom home with their other full-time Housekeeper and then be able to travel mid-May-October to the Hamptons and work there for the summer, with their full-time Housekeeper there. This is a hands-on position, utilizing a policy and procedure manual regarding cleaning expectations and schedules in order to maintain each home at its finest. Laundry and ironing of all washables and linens required, as well as sorting through the drycleaning items. Must be able to set and serve at the table for entertaining. The
Chef would help with that, and there is more of that in The Hamptons than in Florida.  Often times meals are served on trays and are very informal. Common sense is everything. Cleaning silver, keeping all glasses in the kitchen and bar polished as well as organizing the pantry, drawers, closets, and powder rooms. The schedule rotates, so you might work the morning shift one week, have your two days off, work the afternoon and evening shift the next week, work the weekend the next week, and have the next weekend off.
