This very young family of 5 (three little ones) with a nanny or two, and a Full-time Housekeeper, is currently looking for a professional Personal Assistant to assist them in keeping up with their new 14,000 sq ft. new home and busy life and lifestyle. Mrs needs someone Monday -Friday, generally, 8 am to 4 pm to assist her in ordering supplies and taking inventory of most everything in the house. She would like this person to help on a Saturday for some of the children’s parties and be available to help plan and oversee three or four large events they throw on their property each year. Mr. would like someone to keep up with their incoming and outgoing mail, invitations and RSVPs, their Google calendars, school dates, meetings, and birthday parties. Maintaining their calendar for medical and veterinary appointments is essential. Precise travel arrangements and logistics are necessary, working closely with the travel agent and flight crews to arrange flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations when necessary. Mrs would like someone who is happy to run errands, grab her a coffee, make a quick lunch, and help with ordering presents and gift wrapping. They need a self-starter who can work on a team and coordinate with the Family Office and outside Caretaker while requiring very little supervision. Mrs. doesn’t have the time to micromanage the cleaning of her home but would like someone with an eye for detail to help with the organization of their main house and help with the decorating and ordering of furniture for their Summer House. She would like someone to keep picture frames updated with current photos of the family and organize books in the children’s bookcases and her library. They are looking for someone in the mainline Philadelphia area, but they are open to someone who is fabulous and looking to make a career move and could help with relocation. Excellent references in a large Estate home are required. Must maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Full medical benefits package and 401K available.
